  • 500 grams Plain flour (maida)
  • ½ tablespoon Salt
  • ​2 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh yeast


Step 1

Add some sugar and a little yeast to one cup of water and boil the solution.

Step 2

Prepare the dough by mixing plain flour and all the above mentioned ingredients in this solution.

Step 3

Put this dough in sunlight for two hours or pour some hot water in a bowl and place the dough packed in a closed container in this bowl for some time.

Step 4

Add some oil to a frying pan and when it gets lukewarm add freshly chopped onions, garlic, green chilly and let it fried for some time. When the colour changes to reddish brown add tomato paste and red chilly powder. After a couple of seconds add salt according to taste and some corn flour and sugar powder.

Step 5

Roll pizza sized chapatis from the dough made before, sprinkle a little plain flour on it and bake it in oven.

Step 6

Paste the gravy made above on this baked pizza chapatis and then garnish it with finely cut onions capsicum, fresh mushroom .Finally add some grated cheese and bake it once again.

Freshly baked Italian pizza is ready to relish.
