Who do not love rice? No one; but most of people are tired of eating regular fried rice or jira rice. Don’t worry; here we are bringing delicious quick fried rice with mushrooms & bell peppers. This fried rice’s smell is very unique and any one love it. The aroma of this recipe is great since it is sautéed in soya sauce or readymade sauce on high temperature.
- 1 table spoon Olive oil
- Half small onion sliced or 2 tbsp of spring onions.
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- Sliced bell Capsicum or peppers: half cup
- Sliced mushrooms: 1 slice
- Readymade or soya sauce: ¾ spoons
- Salt as required
- One cup cooked rice
- Pepper Powder as needed.
Wash and immerse rice for about 20 minutes. Cook in huge amount of water until al dent. Take a colander and drain of in it. Put this aside. Now take a pan, add olive oil & put it on stove. Add saute garlic in pan and sauté it until aromatic.
Saute spring onion/onion slices whites for 1 minute.
Now it’s time to add thin mushroom slices, capsicum & slit green chilies.
Saute them until they cooked completely. Cook mushrooms with their own moisture. If mushrooms don’t get cooked properly, then you need to cover & cook it with low heat.
Add soya sauce or any readymade sauce & sauté on high flame.
If you add soya sauce then add vinegar otherwise not required.
Add 1 cup of cooked rice, spring onion greens and pepper. Sprinkle salt as needed.
Mix them all well and fry for 2-3 minutes at medium heat.
Now your mushroom fried rice is ready. Serve hot fried rice. It’s very easy to cook and require only 30 minutes. Kids love to eat fried rice due to its aromatic behavior. This recipe does not contain any fat elements that harm your family members’ health. When your guests come to your home suddenly and you do not have enough time to cook something special for them; at that time you can cook this delicious and yummy mushrooms fried rice.
